Let's say you want to send a message out to all your sound guys advising of a change to the equipment.
MindMyMinistry will let you do this easily by selecting only people of a specific role in the Outbox. For example, I've just created this message, and added the 4 front-of-house sound engineers into the list by simply selecting By Role, and Sound - FOH.
